Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that life happens! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling.


Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.

Your session fee will be transferred to a new date, subject to my availability.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.

In the event of inclement weather, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your session will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your session will forfeit the deposit.

If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, the full session fee will be required before booking any future sessions.

Illness & Emergencies

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you or a family member is sick or facing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be shortened to accommodate other bookings.

If you are 30 minutes late or more, the session may be canceled and treated as a no-show, requiring a rebooking fee.

Yes, I absolutely help with planning your engagement session! From selecting the perfect location to coordinating outfits and creating a vision that reflects your love story, I’ll guide you every step of the way. Whether you want a romantic sunset shoot, a cozy at-home session, or an adventurous outdoor experience, I’ll work with you to ensure your engagement photos feel natural, fun, and truly you. Let’s make your session stress-free and unforgettable!

3. How do you deliver photos? Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All of my photography packages include high-resolution digital files, delivered through a private online gallery. From there, you can download your images and share them with family and friends. You’ll receive professionally edited photos, ready for printing, posting, and preserving your special moments forever. I do not make prints or albums.

ABSOLUTELY! I want your session to reflect your vision and personality. If you have specific poses, shot ideas, or a particular style you’d love to incorporate, I’d be happy to bring them to life! Please feel free to share your ideas.


You can send me inspiration photos, describe your vision in detail, or let me know any must-have shots that are important to you. I’ll blend your requests with my professional style to ensure a seamless and natural experience.

6. How long till I receive the final photos?

After your session, I carefully select and edit the best images to ensure they meet my standards. My typical turnaround time for final photo delivery is:


Standard Sessions (Family, Portraits, Maternity/Newborn): 2-3 weeks


Weddings & Large Events: 4-6 weeks


Once your photos are ready, you will receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. If you need a rush delivery, please let me know in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request!
